"Very poor service"

The NHS needs to know about the very poor service this company provides.

I was referred to them nearly 4 weeks ago.

Cannot get through on the 'phone for ages and when you do get to speak to someone they lie to you.

The first appointment I received from them was cancelled because the person was 'off sick'

I was then assured that the next appointment I had, which was a week later would also be with a dermatologist and not just a photographer.

This was the first lie as when I arrived for the appointment, it was just a photographer who had no idea why I was there.

They took some photographs of the problem and said someone would look at them within 48 hours and decide on the next step.

Over a week later nobody had been in touch so we rang them.

They promised someone would ring back that very same day, nobody did, so that was the 2nd lie.

We repeatedly called the next morning, you cannot get through to these people within a reasonable time.

Eventually got through and asked to speak to the Manager , they assured me that the Dermatologist would review and get an appointment to me the following week.

I don't hold out much hope so will keep my fingers tightly crossed.

This service is a total waste of money to the NHS and doesn't solve anything.

I would love to know how much they charge the NHS for this non service.

They do not care one jot about the patients
