About: John Radcliffe Hospital

Has a ENT appointment this week,

I felt the consultant was very rude, I started to explain about my problem they just cut me off and looked in my ears, every time I spoke they stopped me in my tracks.

I felt very upset when I left, why are consultants allow to make people feel like this.

Dreading my 2nd visit. Tried telling them about my face swelling where my ear was infected and again they cut me off and didn't want to know. I can honestly say I have never left after seeing a doctor as upset and angry as I did on this occasion.
