"Unexceptable"

I went to the facility today after suffering with chest pain, headaches and dizziness. I told the receptionist that I suffer with asthma and was having slight trouble breathing. The receptionist turned around and said well you are talking fine. I ended up with a three and half hour wait and went dizzy several times while waiting to be in the room 10 mins and told they can't do anything as I have an allergy to the medicine that is required so told just to use pain killers from the shop instead.
