About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Medicine (Wards 5 & 8)

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter attended Wishaw General which required her to undergo treatment in The Womans Health Unit of Ward 13.

I would like to personally thank the two nurses involved in her treatment (and subsequent aftercare), Chris (day shift) and Debbie (night shift) for their outstanding care, compassion and understanding at a very difficult time. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at such a difficult time.

The team in Ward 13 will be very pleased to receive your feedback and in particular Chris and Debbie will be encouraged to know that you felt the care they delivered was done with care and compassion, which are our core values.
