I saw my GP a week ago, then got a phone call from the hospital one week later inviting me for a scan.

I arrived and was seen almost immediately.

The staff member who did the scan was kind, considerate and cheerful.

The doctor also treated me with the same care.

All was clear, my mind was put at ease.

I wanted to say thank you for treating me so quickly, efficiently and with kindness and respect.

People are quick to criticize the NHS, but really I could not have been treated better.
