About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

Refered to lower GI in October 2015. January 2016 had to complain due to hearing nothing. Got to see consultant in February after complaint,sent for Colonoscopy due to problem found procedure had to be stopped. Told referral for ct scan being made.Still waiting,might I add in pain. On phoning to see what was happening told "Consultants Secretary not in"

This department certainly do not follow the governments 19 week guideline from referral to conclusion.
