"Terrible experience, the worst hospital in London."

This is hospital is by far the worst I have ever been to. The receptionist and no care or dignity. I was at a stage of nearly losing my child. I had turned up to my appointment but the person had told me that the sonographer had gone home early. Which is not my fault as they gave me a later appointment. They had no alternative for me or no recommendations and told me they "don't know" they also added there is no point going a and e as they would not be able to help. They also told me if I have a problem to go private as this is the nhs. No it's not the nhs it's north mid! The worst hospital in London.
