The problem is with the phone nobody ever answers, so you leave a message then,nobody gets back to you! How frustrating but there is no review stars for this, of course this would be none!

Thank you for taking the time to share you feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you have had problems reaching the clinic by telephone and getting a reply to the message you left. Other patients have highlighted similar experiences and we are currently working to try and resolve these issues.
