"Unable to get an appointment with a doctor."

Unless I just turn up at 8.30am or earlier it is impossible to get an appointment for a simple review so I can continue with my HRT treatment.

I have a daughter with diabetes type 1 that needs my sole attention every morning. I have not been able to get my Oestragen pump and can't get 1 anywhere else ans so have had to stop with the treatment and this has set me right back to where I was 6 months ago.

A certain receptionist had no compassion or understanding about my situation. They did not act professional and/or try in any way to help me.
