"Waste of my time and money!"

I had been to see a previous skin specialist who gave me a full face examination and spent the time to tell me what would work and what wouldn't, but sadly they didn't do it at that certain company. So I began researching which place did the laser I need, and came across skn. I was first of all shocked at the £50 deposit. After having such a nice and relaxed appointment for free at the other company it was a lot to be paying. When arriving I was shocked it was right in the middle of a high street, not very comfortable. The receptionists where rude and unwelcoming. I gave my paper work back and was told to 'sit down' and given a look as if I was dirt. Where as the other place I was made to feel at ease. The 'doctor' came rushing out as if lets get this over with. The doctor basically rushed through the appointment, they told me to have everything done that I had already been told wouldn't work and not to waste my money on things such as dermaroller and peels. (Acne scarring is what I was going for) the doctor looked at my skin for about 3 seconds before rushing me downstairs so the receptionist could basically shove 'lycrogel' foundation in my face. Not even a good foundation and certainly not worth £58. I paid £140 to see this doctor who was suppose to be a dermatologist but when researching back they were a throat surgeon?! They then try to tell me at the till I won't get my deposit back as I have another appointment?! I didn't ask for one and was basically forced into one. To see a someone about looking deep into my skin, surely the doctor should of done that with the £140? I refused to go as I knew the member of staff would just force me to buy products that where 'right for me' we phoned them up and finally got my £50 back, then the member of staff on the phone said the next appointment wouldn't be free and would cost £25.

Staff all think they are above you. Not welcoming. Waste of my time and money. So dissapointed!
