"Hearing aid repair - Audiology"

I sent my hearing aids to be repaired..one was not working properly, it had an intrmitent fault. the other one had a crack in the battery holder. I received them back exactly the same way, as they were when I sent them. when I contacted the dept, I was told there was no record of them being there, yet they were returned to me on the above date, with a note saying that I have been put on a list for re assessment
