"Waiting times"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

my pregnant daughter has now been waiting over 17 hours yes I kid you not 17 hours for a CTPA scan due to poor diagnosis and communication between members of staff. After spending the entire night in a and e a good part of it on a uncomfortable trolley we were sent this morning around to the GP assessment unit where they tried to sent us home and told us to come back for scan tomorrow. Totally unacceptable by any standards I think you will agree. Now we are say yet again without any information we constantly are asking only to be meet wth a disinterested we don't know again unacceptable. One the plus side the night nurses in a and e were great
