"Wonderful Experience at Beckenham Beacon"

I went to an appointment to have my contraceptive implant removed at Beckenham Beacon. The nurse practitioner (sorry if that isn't her job title), Ruth, was amazing and reassured me when I told her I had a fear of needles. The whole process was painless, and although my implant removal wasn't as straightforward as most, Ruth made sure I was comfortable throughout. I am impressed that she managed to do such an incredible job, even when faced with a minor complication. I am very pleased with my experience and so thankful to Ruth for doing an amazing job!
