I went to see James for my podiatry appointment. He’s very nice to chat to and is very thorough. It feels nice to have my nails done. I’m in my eighties and have arthritis in my feet and I go every few months. They have a new drop in service which I think will be much easier than the previous system. They give you a date and you just go along. I had an appointment at 9, but got there early so they called me in and I was on my way home by 9: 15! It’s great. I’ve been going for about 3 years now and they’ve given me some new insoles for my feet. Thankyou

James will be happy with your comments regarding him but on a wider service level it's comforting to hear your thoughts about the Podiatry Service, and new innovations which we hope will benefit our patients - in particular the drop in clinics.
