(as the patient),

My appointment at the hospital was excellent, I was very impressed with all the staff and with the ambiance of the building. The care given to me as a patient was second to none, I was seen quickly, the before and after care I was shown was perfect. The operation did not go quite as planned but I was kept informed through out the procedure what was happening and why the doctor felt it would be better to complete the procedure in two stages. I was given a local anesthetic so he could talk to me throughout the process.
