(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I didn't like going to my local dentist, too busy and noisy and rushed. I like coming here, I find it alot less stressful and cope alot better. My dentist here is very kind and thoughtful, I still get nervous but I can cope better now. All of the people here are very nice to me.

I'm pleased you found the atmosphere at Park House Dental Department less stressful than your usual practice. This obviously helped a lot and made you feel better equipped to cope. The staff work hard to make patients feel at ease and less nervous. Their kindness and support have clearly been good for you.
