What I liked

The staff on the whole were wonderful. Polite and friendly with a genuine concern for me. I had a hernia operation and was there for a total of 6 hours - fabulous.

What could be improved

It would've been nice for my patner to stay with me as I was anxious, however I do understand that hospitals must have rules.

Anything else?

The only thing that really bothered me was having to pay over £6 just to park a car whilst I had imperative treatment! Also, I have been late for appointments in the past as I simply cannot park as the car park is so full!
