"Fantastic service, can't fault it"

I phoned up this morning at 8.40am to make an appointment to have my implant removed. Was given an appointment slot for the same day at 1.05pm. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time, filled in a form and waited 5 minutes before being seen. 2 nurses found it a little tricky to remove my implant but I appreciate this can be a fiddly procedure and I was made to feel as comfortable as possible at all times. I am always nervous prior to visiting doctors etc but I cannot fault the 1 to 1 centre every time I have used it. Thank you for making my experience a positive one. Would definitely recommend the centre to friends and family.
