"A & E following unconciousness"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

I was taken by ambulance to A & E on a very busy Good Friday, with a long line of trolleys awaiting admission.

The ambulance staff waited with me to provide reassurance until the excellent sister in charge was able to assess me.

All tests and ct scan were arranged in good time and the results discussed with me by the consultant in charge.

All the staff were approachable, professional and considerate at all times, despite being under consistent pressure.

I could not ask for more

Dear Caroline,

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your lovely feedback, which we have passed on to the A&E team. We are really pleased to hear that you felt well cared for and reassured despite the department being very busy. It's lovely to hear that you found the team to be so kind and helpful. We hope you are feeling better.
