"My mother was on 8th floor West ..."

About: Royal Free Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

My mother was on 8th floor West for over two weeks. She is 83 yrs old and was treated at all times with respect by doctors and nurses, informed of her condition and treatment. All those taking care of her did an excellent job and we are grateful to all.

What could be improved

I cannot think of anything that could have been improved. Comparing my mother's stay to previous ones, I think the hospital has, if anything, improved

Anything else?

The ward was very clean and the head nurse was always aware of the patients' individual needs. In a ward with elderly patients with very different needs, this was of great importance.

Thank you for your delightful comments. We are constantly improving our services and it is always nice to hear when patients and visitors have a good experience of our services. We have passed on your high praise to the team on the 8 West ward.
