"Mistakes with wrong medication & appointment errors"

On an occasion last year I was given a prescription for medication at Davaar medical practice– this was for someone completely different than me.

This year (2016) sent letter to book a non-urgent appointment to see doctor. This was incorrect, was supposed to be diabetic nurse.

Last week was booked for 24 hour blood pressure monitor, when arriving at surgery told it had been cancelled but no notification to me then the practice nurse said it should never have been booked cos she was off the next day to take off, which was not on.

So my husband had to take it off for me then take it up to the surgery. These instances that I have mentioned should never have occurred.
