(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

We have had multiple cancellations initially from Strelley which is a shame because it is much closer to where we live than Park House is. The reminder calls are great, brilliant with my child and her reservations.

We are sorry we were unable to provide you with an appointment at Strelley initially. However, we are very pleased that the dental treatment given to your child at Park House was very good and hope this made up for the fact that we were unable to give you an appointment at Strelley.

We will pass your kind comments onto the Team at Park House.
