"A thank you for services rendered"

On 14th March my wife aged 83, had a nasty fall and I called the para-medics as she had cut her head. They summoned the ambulance to take her to the James Paget Hospital. The entire procedure was done promptly and efficiently by all concerned, as was her treatment at A & E on our arrival. The care and kindness by all concerned was very much appreciated in the rather stressful circumstances.

I have had cause to call for help on 3 other occasions and met with the same prompt and efficient service as this and I cannot speak highly enough of your organisation.
