"Cardiac Care at Gloucester Royal Hospital"

The staff at Gloucester Royal Hospital are second to none in most areas of care.I am an extremely difficult patient and am still treated with respect and compassion.The Hospital is very clean and none of the staff object if you want to draw your curtains around for privacy which is very important.I only have two complaints.Firstly the food is not great (pies should not be offered to patients with high cholesterol).The next one is more important,the Consultants,with the exception of one doctor only see you once on admission and in my opinion this something that must be rectified.We are patients (customers to Consultants,if we did not get ill they would be out of a job!) Patients must be kept informed. I sincerely hope that patient reviews are taken seriously so this situation will change.On the whole though,keep up the good work.
