(as a parent/guardian),

Would just like to shout out a big thank you to the A & E staff at Wishaw General.

I took my daughter to A & E with a badly swollen ankle which after an x ray and consultation turned out to be a break.

All the staff involved were caring, courteous & professional and should be applauded for the work they continue to do every day.

Special thanks to Eddie, Geraldine & Tracy.

Dear peter 1986,

I was sorry to read that your daughter had a swollen ankle and this turned out to be a fractured ankle.

I was glad to read that you found the staff to be caring, courteous and professional. The staff also will be delighted to read your positive feedback on you and your daughters experience.

I will ensure that the Senior Charge Nurse and the individual staff that so kindly mention are aware of your posting on the patient opinion.

I hope that your daughter is recovering well.
