There was a lot of cheerfulness and helpfulness. However, with the transport it was not so happy. I was told to be ready for 8am only to find on one will pick me up until 9am and as I am on medication, this was not acceptable.
This was the experience that I had when I went to the Hallamshire because of cataracts.
"Late lift to the hospital is unacceptable - Royal Hallamshire"
