The doctor was really great and got very interested in my condition.

I had one member of staff who asked me "how long have you had Diabetes" to which I replied "I don't have Diabetes" I had another member of staff who showed no interest and later I found they got my condition mixed up with another and changed my medical records because they thought it was misspelled.

Had I been in a crisis and ended up in hospital unconscious I would have been administered the wrong treatment.
