"Best hospital I have ever been to!"

I came to this hospital after an awful experience at another hospital after my initial injury when the consultant there tried to send me home from A&E with a dislocated knee and torn MPFL ligament claiming that there was nothing wrong and at worst it was a sprain! So as you can imagine I usually do not get on well with doctors and dislike hospitals in particular.

However, I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I felt like all the staff really listened to what I was saying and took the time to explain anything I didn't understand straight away. All the staff made me feel completely at ease when I came in for me knee operation and I have to say that I have never had such faith in a medical team.

I have a post op appointment in a few days and it must be the only hospital appointment I have ever looked forward to!

Keep doing what you're doing I don't know what you could realistically improve.
