"My nan's care on Hadfield 2"

My nans in Hadfield 2 and I think that her care there has been diabolical.  My nan was very active that was until she went on Hadfield 2. I have seen some staff be nasty and rude. She has been left for hours in puddles of wee and poo. She only went in to have fluid drained.

Her care has been a disgrace. I will be taking it further because they don't care.
