Accommodating and patient team of administrators who spent time finding my GP referral letter that had been faxed to this department with wrong personal contact details. (Entirely my Family GP's responsibility).
I was given an appointment which fitted in with the Patient Charter time frame, and then moved swiftly into a cancellation slot, which all occurred whilst I was on the phone.
From MRI, to be seen by a Consultant Hand Surgeon took no less than 7 days! Having been a Nurse - the team were not aware of this, I found the speed of this service and the staff on the Switchboard, an immense help and they went above and beyond their switchboard responsibilities - given the amount of phone calls that they receive.
I would personally like to thank them all, and although I never saw your faces, I'd like you to know that you are an immense asset to the Hospital.
