About: Trafford General Hospital

My daughter was admitted for day case surgery. Was not sure what to expect as we had been given the runaround in regards the dates and times for this surgery. However could not have been more impressed. The unit was spotless. The staff were efficient but still friendly. The staff nurse, HCA, anaesthetist and theatre staff all explained what they would be doing and put my daughter at ease. The doctor was delightful with an excellent bedside manner. This was also the case at the follow up OPD appointment. Very impressed.
