Stept into the nsh walk in centre in soho square hoping to get some help. My workplace is literally 1 min walk from the centre. I was the only person queuing to the reception point, after 5 minutes wait I was called forward by a member of staff that nodded their head. When talking with me they were leaning back on their chair whispering not even looking at me when speaking ... I couldn't hear what they were saying through the glass panel so I asked politely to repeat what they had just said and then the member of staff rolled their eyes and didn't even try to be a bit nicer.
I don't need anymore stress with my healt condition and hoped that a place like that in soho will have the nicest staff possible! I'm sure doctors and nurses are highly qualified and helpful. I can't get over the fact how badly I've been treated by a receptionist, sad.
"Treated horribly by a receptionist"
