went to hospital emergencies, my daughter had leg injury (broken leg) we waited for about 2.35 mins my daughter started crying i went to reception and asked how long do i have to wait and told that my daughter is crying because of leg injury. answer was: we cant help you have to wait for up to 4 hours. so i picked up my daughter and gone home!

I am sorry to hear about your experience within Kettering General Hospital’s Accident and Emergency department (A&E). We are currently experiencing high volumes of patient attendances which is unfortunately leading to long delays in being seen by a Clinician.
