"I would never recommend this place to anyone"

Today I went to the sexual health clinic to have my implant removed. First of off the nurse who removed my implant was so rude. They were talking down to me as if I did something wrong like a child. There was two members of staff who tried to take my implant out and as I was sat there unknown of what is going to happen they was talking about how stressful there day is and how much they've got to do. It' was so rude. I thought I was sat in the middle of a meeting.
