(as the patient),

My mum was admitted last week after collapsing at home. The admit ward was very busy and the nursing staff were overworked.

During my stay I saw nurse McCombie and nurse Syme work so hard and remained so happy when they came to my mum. They helped her every need even though they were so overworked. I want them to know how grateful we all are as a family.

Thank you so much for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience. I was delighted to hear of the way staff from Admission Ward interacted with your mum; clearly this made a big difference and helped not only your mum but the family too, which is so important.
