I can highly recommend YDH for taking care of me last week in an emergency situation and an overnight visit in EAU. The staff were very caring and thorough. The food I received was good. I came in with nothing and they provided me with washing facilities and nightclothes.
The only negative thing and this is a big issue was that I could hear all the discussions about 3 different ladies in other wards!
Named and the fact they were being discharged.
One named person I knew through my own work and the fact she had od'd.
Not good for confidentiality on information governance!
