My experience was very good in the Northern General medical assessment unit (MAU), so good I can't single out any one part that was the best, everything was excellent.
For me, nothing could have been better, everyone was wonderful.
It was the day of the floods, how we got there i don't know, the ambulance crew were wonderful.
Thank you very much to the nurses and doctors and everyone in the MAU.
