"111 service and hospital treatment"

About: University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust

having made a 111 call at 7am on 23/03/16 the telephone operator was very efficient in requesting the details of the call and having giving these we were advised that an ambulance would arrive within a short time.

The ambulance arrived quickly and the paramedics gave my wife a thorough check with kindness and efficiency and then delivered her to

on arriving my wife was given a separate room and immediately interviewed, after this a blood test was taken and shortly she was interviewed by a doctor who advised that X rays would be required, this being done very quickly, during this time my wife was reviewed for aftercare and then was advised by the doctor that she could be released. We wish to express are thanks to all the staff for their kindness and efficiency
