"Excellent treatment"

I was recently admitted to the Emergency Dept because of pain in my rib and chest and was very impressed by the department. It was of course extremely busy as any hospital in the UK is now but the staff were extremely professional, kind, attentive, informative and efficient. I did wait but not for long and was kept informed all the way down the line what was going to happen next. I have been to this hospital before and I have to say that this is the one of the best NHS hospitals I have every been to. This makes me very pleased to have NHS service in this country.
