"grandmothers rings vanish"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

my grandmother passed away at the hospital on the 5th december 2014 wearing 2 rings one of which she wore for over 75 years. when i complained to the hospital about them going missing i was told that the nurse did not follow proper procedures which resulted in the rings and a watch of hers being lost. i have been now over a year to try to get compensation but i get fobbed off all the time. its disgusting that as a family weve had to go through this. still awaiting a decision " not good enough".
