Always feel more positive after a visit.

Talking is a great healer.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear Pilot733,

Yes, talking is a great healer. It is so good that you are finding your care so helpful and it is at the right pace for you, which is so important. Thank you for telling us about your experience, I shall make sure I pass this to the staff so they appreciate how you feel about the care you have received.

Best wishes,

Eunice
