What I liked

I would certainly recommend the eye clinic and ward. The consultant and the staff were positive, very supportive and cared for my 91 yr old mother. I cannot praise them enough and they kept me informed being a long distance only sibling. Helpful on the telephone when checking road conditions.

What could be improved

Just discovered these sites when checking why not heard from other consultant mother referred onto at Blackburn hospital and thought that Burnley eye hospital should be recognised for its positive customer service.
