Dear JrB

Thank you for sharing your story and for taking the time to say thank you to the staff members that helped you. I am pleased that you are recovering well and hope you will make a full recovery soon.

I will pass your message onto the manager of the elderly ward at the hospital. Hopefully, the staff members concerned with receive the message and I am sure will appreciate your kind words.

Margaret Mitchell
