What I liked

all the staff are very friendly and treat you as a person not a customer . and nothing is to much trouble

What could be improved

PARKING i suffer from acute asthma and copd so go to a+e quite often ,when we are lucky enough to find a disabled space (and yes i have a badge) after about 10 to 15 minutes a jobs worth comes round to find you and asks you to move the car.Surley a+e get alot of people in with walking problems ? and i know you are having major building work but surely parking should be availble now to this department
