Waiting times at Moorfields Hospital are often more than three hours. It's totally unacceptable. If you say that you have been waiting nearly three hours they just say they are busy and there are still patients to be seen before you.
There is a private clinic. No waiting there. This is a horrible second class service and the staff could at least care about the way they treat people, in my opinion.
