"staff in Phlebotomy department are miserable!"

I found the staff in this department miserable, unhelpful, cold, unwelcoming and rude! They behaved as though they were doing everyone a favor by being there.

RBH should really invest into training their staff in customer service, courtesy and a general politeness.

We are very sorry that the service given was not of a high standard. Your feedback has been shown to the supervisor who will inform the rest of the team that this is how they came across to their patients and that this should not happen again.

Without specific details we are unable to investigate but due to the nature of the feedback the team should at no time come across to patients like this and no 'excuses' can make such behaviour acceptable.
