What could be improved

the staff,its supposed to be the caring profession,but i saw no care what so ever.i am disgusted that the nurses(after surgerey to both underarms just a week before)would not help my daughter to get dressed,instead they called her partner in to help.WHERE IS THE CARE? no wonder the worlds in such a mess.disgusting.

Anything else?

a big problem with car parking,after 3 hours driving i dont want to be queing for a parking space, nor do i want to park and ride.
