"Blood Test Staff shortage"

Lately as of Feb 2016 it seems only one member of staff is available for the blood tests, I was told "we open at 08.00 for those who need to get to work, even though officially it should be 09.00".

The website list the opening time as 08.00, so not sure where this statement comes from. I was 8th in the queue when they eventually opened the door to the blood test clinic at 08.03, and on my calculations it was taking on average 5 minutes from receiving the patient to them leaving, this meant I would have to wait 40 minutes for my sample to be taken, hardly accommodating the workers, why have they dropped from two to one nurse, apparently there are two available from 09.00, this does not make sense as there is always a queue of people outside the entrance before 08.00.
