A short note to say a huge thank you to everyone who looked after me during my recent total hip replacement treatment.
Having had the good fortune to avoid hospitals as an in-patient for over 35 years I was naturally a little apprehensive about undergoing fairly major surgery.
The Chilterns team saw to it that all my questions were answered and my fears allayed.
From arrival for my pre-op appointment to departure after my final physio I received nothing but the best care and attention.
Whilst primary thanks must go to my surgeon and the team for returning me to something rapidly approaching 100% fitness,
I would not be as well as I am just 8 weeks after surgery without the magnificent pre and post operational care afforded by everyone I encountered. I cannot sing their praises highly enough.
