Extremely dissatisfied with the service received by one of the consultants I was with! I was put on a course of strong medication and told that I needed to have weekly bloods and to contact my consultants secretary as soon as my bloods were done so they could check these were ok and it was safe to increase my dosage! 3 weeks later and 2 blood tests, several calls every day and messages left and I still haven't been contacted by my consultant or their secretary! Thoroughly disappointed it's taking over 3 weeks for a response and I've still not been able to increase my dosage due to being unaware of how these are affecting me! I understand that everyone's busy but 3 weeks is ridiculous!!!
